Overview
We're supporting an innovative financial technology company in their search for a Client Reporting Analyst—a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. This position supports strategic client relationships by delivering high-impact reporting, analytics, and operational support. It's ideal for someone who is data-savvy, thrives in a collaborative team, and enjoys helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract and interpret data from internal platforms to produce recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Spot trends, identify inconsistencies, and deliver key insights for client consumption.
  • Collaborate with senior client-facing team members to build visually compelling presentations in Excel or PowerPoint.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cadences using SQL, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Use customer relationship tools to log, track, and fulfill client requests.
  • Build and run CRM reports to support client success operations and internal visibility.
  • Help ensure clients receive timely, insightful data that drives satisfaction and loyalty
  • Partner with internal teams including analytics, engineering, legal, compliance, and marketing operations.
  • Assist in creating repeatable frameworks and efficiencies for delivering client materials.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or customer success roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., CRMs), remote access platforms (RDP/Bomgar), and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting financial services or technology clients.
  • Exposure to marketing analytics, SaaS platforms, or performance data tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and culture-driven environment.

Work Environment & Culture

  • Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
  • Culture is highly collaborative—team participation in meetings and events is essential.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
