Job Title: Final Assembly – Bracket Installer (Overhead Door)
Location: Surprise, AZ 85379
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: As needed, including some Saturdays-which hours would extend to 4pm end time.

Job Overview:
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Bracket Installer for overhead door assembly. This role involves hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Attach brackets to the ends of rolled overhead doors.

Lift and move raw materials, finished products, and packed items (manually or using hoists).

Unload materials from machines and set them on assembly stands.

Support production staff with basic tasks like supplying materials/tools or cleaning work areas.

Operate levers and brakes to control hoists and cranes.

Move materials between storage and production areas using manual or powered equipment.

Install protective packaging (bracing, padding, strapping) to prevent damage in transit.

Use cranes/hoists to lift and guide materials using slings or hooks.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Must be dependable and willing to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
