Nesco Resource in Elizabethtown is seeking experienced warehouse order picker/packers. This role will be responsible for a variety of general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and sorting soda, chips, and food items. The hours are 8am-4:30pm. Sunday-Wednesday, off Thursday, and work Friday.
Description: Pick and/or pack customer orders accurately and efficiently consistently striving for improved customer satisfaction. Trash what's damaged (if it's popped, beaten, or uneatable.)
Duties:
- Prepares orders by processing orders; pulling product; packing boxes; placing/stacking orders in delivery area
- Ensure timely and accurate picking of customer orders
- Ensure the accuracy of the customer's order at packing
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs ; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis
- Packs product according to procedures to ensure damage-free delivery to customer
- Accurately count product inventory by location
- Transport orders to shipping locations
- Assist in physical inventories
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency at all times
- Comfortable using electronic devices
- Prior warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Must be a team player and able to work well with others
- Overtime availability
