We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions across the organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about finding top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to offer).
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Support Business Development Manager through prospect leads, candidate skill marketing and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to multi-task and manage time is a necessity.
- This is a temporary position with potential for permanent hire based on business needs and performance.
- Must be able to work on-site at the office located in Irmo, SC.
