Level 2 Support Specialist

This role will require interaction and support all IT environments including:

  • Someone proficient in figuring out issues with OS and Third-party apps
  • Azure Virtual Desktop experience, Azure Portal
  • Intune experience
  • Scripting and packaging
  • Papercut
  • Active Directory
  • O365
  • Copilot/Zoom AI Companion
  • Zoom and other collaboration software
  • Walkup support
    • Focus on keeping our employees productive – Walkup Incident response in CT location
    • Expert at customer service.
    • Ability to interact and coordinate with all levels of the organization.
    • Conduct technology training for end-users.
  • Image and deploy laptop, printer, and scanner devices per company standards.
  • Help with provisioning and termination of user accounts.
  • Document work in a ticketing system and create ticket reports.
  • Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Lifecycle management.
  • Ability to balance multiple workloads in a fast past company.
  • Ability to think outside the box, and present new ideas and run with them
  • Comfortable with collaboration technologies and presentations including Zoom and Teams.
  • Vulnerability management
  • Ability to support facility moves.
