Maintenance Technician
Location: Euclid and Rocky River (must be able to travel to both)
Hours: 1st shift, typically Mon-Fri 6am-230pm
Pay Range: $32-$38/hour

As the Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment with a focus on a continuous production.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Keep equipment available for use by inspecting, testing, and repairing non-functioning equipment; completing preventative maintenance such as fluid changes, filter changes, firefighting plant problems.
- Maintain equipment in functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections, repairing equipment failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing equipment damage.
- Verifies equipment serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
- Complies with Federal and State hazardous material handling and safety requirements.
- Maintains equipment appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
- Maintains equipment records by recording service and repairs.
- Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance.
- Contain costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders, verifying receipt.
Skills/Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Must have experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Must be experienced in 3 phase 480v electrical repairs
- Self motivated and reliable
- Boiler maintenance experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
