Customer Service. This is all online and so we need someone that is VERY good on computers and navigating various sites, systems and able to talk on phone and be typing into system at the same time. They have to be focused because you do not want a lot of returns and very detailed as they will be taking orders and these orders are custom. He doesn't want anyone that is going to play on their phone during slower times but ask to learn additional training.
Marian will be training and will probably want them 10 to 6 for approx. 2 weeks. Then their normal hours are 9am to 6pm. I honestly do not know if this is flexible at all…. This is the hours that they are working and probably have calls after 5pm therefore they need to be able to work until 6pm. It is temp to hire and they are willing to pay $16.50 per hour to start (a little flexible but I think this is a great starting pay) And they will offer increases as they learn.
