Job Title: Assembly/Warehouse Associate
Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44103
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Nesco Resource is searching for dynamic and dependable individuals for Assembly/Warehouse positions in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks, including inserting cartridges into product housings and assembling top and bottom components.
- Actuate devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Prepare products for packaging, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Package products manually and utilize machinery to assist with packaging processes as needed.
- Apply labels and stickers accurately to products.
- Weigh finished boxes and label them with appropriate shipping information.
- Palletize packaged items according to established procedures.
- Organize and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30-50 lbs. regularly. occasionally.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
