Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
Project Managers are the driving force behind delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. You'll oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously coordinating across design, engineering, production, and vendor teams to bring creative concepts to life. This role requires a proactive communicator and an organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Ensure all tasks adhere to company processes and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and deliver successful project outcomes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Coordinate and lead internal project launch meetings to align teams and clarify objectives.

Review and approve engineering drawings, verifying accuracy against estimates before sharing with clients.

Oversee prototype development, including materials procurement and quality checks, to ensure specifications and brand standards are met.

Launch and manage accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely material deliveries.

Track and follow up on client-provided assets (e.g., graphics, images, materials) to maintain project momentum.

Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure on-time delivery to clients.

Partner with production to define QA/QC benchmarks and monitor quality throughout manufacturing.

Identify and address any quality issues promptly during production.

Juggle multiple projects and adjust priorities as timelines and requirements evolve.
