Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on assembly work, a strong understanding of production processes, and the ability to solder components with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare kits according to customer specifications and production timelines.

Ensure efficient workflow by following established procedures and assembly directives.

Accurately position and secure components during assembly, inspect connections for accuracy, and document any inconsistencies.

Perform soldering tasks as required to complete kit assembly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
