Nesco Resource has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in the pursuit of hiring a Returns Coordinator. This is a temporary position for 3-6 months, working onsite in Central Islip.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with pharmacies for the return of products ; by creating pre-paid mailers for shipping via UPS.
- Work with 3rd party QA regarding CMO complaints
- Works with the complaints group and 3rd party QA to retrieve from customers/pharmacists product compliant samples for more thorough investigation.
- Works with complaints group to determine which cases need to be contacted
- Monitors shipping tracking information till receipt of samples
- Works with 3rd party triage group to gather details as needed
- Works with and regularly meets with departments to discuss issues with sample retrieval.
- Sends prepaid mailers to customers
- Receive information or inquiry through phone call/email/fax/mail and create a record in MS Excel
- Document all the information pertaining to complaint record through phone calls, emails, faxes for internal tracking and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure that training is offered to the site that made the complaint.
- Keep track of prepaid mailers sent and track to receipt using UPS account
- Responsible for performing follow-up with the consumer/reporter whenever required to assure return of product
- Attend all required cGMP training. Perform all required SOP training and pass exams.
- 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service or related
- HS or Associates degree
- The ability to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. General organization principles.
- Experience using Qinecsa or similar pharmaceutical software system
$24.00-$28.00/hr
