Jumpstart your data career in a high-impact role!
We're looking for a curious and tech-minded individual with a passion for working with data. Whether you're just beginning your career or bringing a year or two of hands-on experience, this role offers an opportunity to grow your skills while supporting the performance and reliability of essential systems.

As a Data Analyst, you'll dive into real-world datasets tied to electrical infrastructure and telemetry systems. You'll help uncover trends, spot anomalies, and contribute to smarter decision-making that protects performance and revenue. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a technical environment with strong mentorship and hands-on learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with internal teams to understand performance needs and define data requirements

  • Analyze system and operational data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities

  • Build SQL-based queries and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights

  • Create visual reports and dashboards using SSRS and PowerPoint

  • Support root cause investigations and communicate findings to key stakeholders

  • Help improve how we collect, use, and report data across teams

  • Contribute to tracking and resolving system issues that impact performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent work experience

  • Familiarity with SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI, and SSRS (hands-on project or internship experience counts!)

  • Understanding of electrical systems, hardware telemetry, or technical infrastructure is a plus

  • An analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to working with large datasets

  • Clear communication skills — written and verbal — especially when sharing insights with leadership
