Full-Time Senior HR Resource
Location: Alpharetta, GA

We have been engaged on a search for a part time senior HR Resource by a Global Manufacturing Automation company. The ideal candidate will make an immediate impact and will be the lead HR Resource in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. US Employment Law Expertise:
    • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of US employment law to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • A bonus if familiar with Canadian employment law.
  2. Policy and Procedure Oversight:
    • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistently adhered to across the organization.
  3. Onsite HR Support:
    • Provide hands-on HR support for staff at the Alpharetta, GA location.
    • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Global Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the European HQ to align HR strategies and ensure consistent global HR practices.
    • Participate in international HR initiatives and contribute to the development of global HR policies.
  5. Communication and Training:
    • Effectively communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
    • Conduct training sessions for managers and staff on relevant HR topics.
Qualifications:
  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on US employment law.
  2. Certifications:
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of US employment law; knowledge of Canadian employment law is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global HR team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
