Administrative Assistant (Temporary – Mostly Remote!)
Location: Schenectady, NY (Remote with onsite meetings 1–2 times/month)
Pay Rate: $18-20/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6–12 months

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support their team by handling a high volume of inbound phone calls from community members seeking support with essential services. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in helping connect individuals with the resources they need—quickly, professionally, and confidentially.
What You'll Do
- Answer and route 30–100 incoming calls per day
- Listen actively and assess caller needs to connect them with the appropriate services or staff
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Document and track inquiries as needed
- Participate in monthly onsite team meetings in Schenectady
