Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small but dynamic office. This role is crucial in keeping the office running smoothly by managing their invoicing process, coordinating with clients/vendors, and ensuring up to date financial records. This is a direct hire position!
Location: Waterford, NY
Compensation: $27/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations and procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and external vendors or clients.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing process.
- Ensure accurate account records
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations when needed.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Upload all accounting reports and ensure they are accurate.
- Finalize job reports and oversee health and safety plans.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
