Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary)
Schedule: 1st Shift
Industry Requirement: Experience with accounts payable in a large manufacturing company is mandatory.

Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will support the Accounts Payable team by preparing, recording, verifying, and reporting transactions. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions.

  • Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and posting of customer payments.

  • Maintain and update databases, reports, and financial records.

  • Reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledgers and generate related financial statements.

  • Analyze billing runs for fraud detection and ensure compliance with verification procedures.

  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence.

  • Safeguard financial data and maintain strict confidentiality per company policies.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Proven experience in AP/AR, preferably within a large manufacturing environment.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
