Description:
Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Duties:
1. Lead by example
2. Use Hand tools for precision assembly
3. Operating a forklift for material movement- while coordinating workflow to meet daily production targets
4. Key leadership goals include: staying on task, training team members, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
5. Must have prior experience with basic hand tools, basic math proficiency, and physical capacity to lift 50 lbs and work in crouching or kneeling positions low to the ground
