Position Overview
The Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and capable Marketing Technology Project Manager to lead the transition and implementation of a next-generation MarTech stack. This role will serve as the project management lead responsible for coordinating the migration of legacy systems, integration of new platforms, and ensuring seamless data flow between marketing technologies and Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical system integrations and the operational needs of demand generation and marketing operations teams. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure technology transitions are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities associated with MarTech platform implementations and migrations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in marketing technology transformation initiatives
- Manage migration of legacy marketing systems and integration of new marketing platforms
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between marketing tools and Salesforce
- Support collaboration between Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, and technical teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, risk assessments, and status reporting
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
- Monitor project scope, priorities, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
- Support process optimization and operational efficiency within the marketing technology ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within Marketing Operations or MarTech environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale software implementations or migration projects
- Examples include Marketing Automation Platform migrations or Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, including:
- Leads
- Contacts
- Campaigns
- Integration user permissions
- Advanced experience with project management tools, ideally Wrike
- Strong technical project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with global B2B technology organizations and complex marketing data environments
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred
- Experience supporting marketing operations and campaign management teams
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems and integration workflows
