Front-End Loader Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate a front-end loader to move, lift, and dump materials safely and efficiently.
- Load trucks, supply materials to hoppers or conveyors, and manage stockpiles within the yard.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-shift equipment checks, including fluid levels and lubrication, to ensure proper performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by leveling surfaces, removing debris, and assisting with general cleanup using hand tools or hoses.
- Work closely with plant personnel, scale operators, and drivers to support smooth daily operations.
- Prior experience operating a front-end loader and/or heavy equipment is required.
- Comfortable operating machinery and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs., remain on your feet for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
