Machine Operator
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machinery to compress materials.
- Feed materials into the machine safely and clear minor jams or blockages as needed.
- Tie, wrap, or secure completed product using wire or other binding materials.
- Weigh and label finished product, maintaining accurate production and inventory records.
- Use forklifts or other material handling equipment to transport materials and finished products.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and compliance.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Comfortable operating machinery and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs., remain on your feet for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
