Description:
Supports the human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and performing any other assigned duties.
Duties:
- Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and scheduling
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, and terminations.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies, explaining, and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
- Documents human resource actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Accomplishes the human resource department and organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.
