Responsible for the coordination and completion of complex, cross functional integrated supply chain projects in support of the U.S. Army customer base. Oversees all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, and execution. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and prepares status reports for senior leadership and customers. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others and operates with a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and accountability. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 6–8 years of project management, supply chain, or related experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and direct operations within Strategic Business Groups (SBG) and support world class integrated supply chain projects for the Army customer base
• Ensure on time product delivery to meet Army customer requirements
• Act as the Army CBT representative, driving past due deliveries to *** across the Army portfolio
• Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier, site, and customer issues impacting Army programs
• Assess project and delivery issues and develop effective resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and maintain mechanisms for monitoring project progress and executing timely interventions and corrective actions with key stakeholders
• Lead internal and customer facing meetings to present recovery plans, improvement initiatives, and long term solutions
• Ensure key ISC communications are delivered consistently and accurately to customer business teams, program management, CBTs, and Army customers
• Drive effective communication and coordination between Army customers, CBTs, ISC Operations, and Client functional teams
• Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to improve customer facing delivery, quality, and performance metrics
• Develop and execute Army customer ramp up plans, including internal rate readiness*** staffing, training, tooling, and capital planning
• Partner cross functionally with ISC Operations, ISC Materials Management, ISC Sourcing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Engineering & Technology (E&T), CSO, and other functional teams to:
o Address systemic delivery and quality issues
o Achieve target performance across the extended value stream
• Escalate issues as required through site tiered accountability meetings, sharing customer Voice of Customer (VOC) and supporting site level delivery and quality improvement plans
• Engage directly with suppliers (site visits and calls) on critical Army requirements and key business objectives
• Track and report monthly/quarterly AOP and SRO performance to CBT leadership and Finance
• Conduct site visits with senior leadership and key functional leaders to support execution and remove barriers
• Create and maintain MOS to identify key past due drivers within the Army CBT and proactively close gaps with clear actions and ownership
• Coordinate and communicate with Army customers across applicable domains (e.g., Ground Vehicles, Missile & Fire Control, C5ISR, Sustainment), including:
o Part delivery status
o Root causes for past due deliveries
o Recovery plans and acceleration opportunities
• Prepare detailed status reports for senior management and Army customers regarding part delivery and program performance
• Utilize enterprise systems and tools such as SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Perform a wide variety of tasks requiring independent judgment, strong execution discipline, and leadership influence

Must Haves
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers and cross functional teams
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and approachable leadership style
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Program/Project Management

Nice to Have
• Experience supporting Army programs, DoD customers, or defense manufacturing environments
• Background in Aerospace, Defense, Ground Systems, or Sustainment operations
