Plastic Mold Finisher – Now Hiring!
Eastlake Area1st shift- Monday - Thursday 1st shift - 7 am-5 pm 10hrs and Friday 7 am-3pm
3rd shift: Sunday 11 pm-7 am, Mon-Thursday 9 pm-7 am
$16.00/hour $1.50 shift differential
Join a hands-on team where every detail matters! As a Plastic Mold Finisher, you'll remove flash, trim, clean, and inspect molded plastic parts using hand tools to ensure top-quality products. You'll stay active throughout your shift, work safely, and take pride in what you do.
Key Responsibilities

Trim excess material (flash) from molded plastic parts using various hand tools.

Smooth, sand, and finish surfaces to meet quality and appearance standards.

Visually inspect finished parts for defects and report any quality issues.

Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., knives, sanders, drills).

Prepare parts for assembly, packaging, or shipment as required.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Support continuous improvement efforts within the production team.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Prior manufacturing or finishing experience is a plus.

Comfortable using hand and basic power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to consistently follow written and verbal instructions.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work required shifts.
