Plant Operations Technician
We are hiring a Plant Operations Technician to support day-to-day production in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with machinery, packaging product, and assisting with material handling. Candidates with CNC or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Package product into bags or containers per production requirements
- Stack and organize materials onto pallets
- Shrink wrap pallets for storage and transport
- Monitor equipment, gauges, and controls to ensure proper operation
- Assist with loading trucks as needed
- Perform routine clean-up to maintain a safe work environment
- Operate forklifts and other equipment when required
3:00 pm – 1:30 am – open to working Mon – Sat as needed. Flexible schedule needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
