We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support the assembly, installation, and configuration of IT infrastructure equipment within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for integrating server racks, network hardware, and related technology systems while ensuring quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety compliance are maintained throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with production leads and floor supervisors to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Interpret work instructions, diagrams, and build documentation to execute assembly tasks accurately.
- Install and mount servers, switches, and networking hardware into rack systems.
- Perform hardware integration activities including component installation, connectivity setup, and cable routing.
- Operate warehouse and production equipment (such as pallet jacks) in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment, including inspection, cleaning, and part replacement as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware installation issues or operational disruptions to minimize delays.
- Inspect production output to verify compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production output, maintenance activities, and quality checks.
- Follow workplace safety standards and report operational or safety concerns immediately.
- Coordinate with quality, production, and leadership teams to address workflow issues and improve output.
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly efficiency, workflow processes, and overall productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or systems integration environment.
- Experience installing server hardware, network switches, or related IT equipment preferred.
- Understanding of structured cabling and cable management best practices.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment or hardware-related issues.
- Familiarity with workplace safety procedures in industrial or production environments.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with shifting priorities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime or alternative shifts based on business demands.

Work Environment & Schedule
- Night Shift Opportunities Available:
- C Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Sunday–Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday
- D Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Thursday–Saturday, plus every other Wednesday
- 12-hour rotating shift schedule designed to support continuous production operations
- Alternating mid-week coverage as part of the standard rotation
- Weekend availability required based on assigned shift schedule
