Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and follow detailed specifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain tight tolerances
- Experience using hand, power, and air tools safely and effectively
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
