Overnight Customer Support Agent
We’re hiring Overnight Customer Support Agents to join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitor live surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.
This is a focused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert overnight, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor live CCTV / surveillance feeds in real time
- Identify suspicious activity or potential threats
- Respond to alerts quickly and follow security protocols
- Document and report incidents with accuracy
- Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when needed
- Troubleshoot minor system or camera issues
- Stay up to date on security procedures and best practices
This Role is a Good Fit For
- CCTV / video monitoring experience
- Security, loss prevention, or corrections backgrounds
- Hotel front desk / night audit roles with camera monitoring
- Individuals who can stay focused overnight and work independently
- Anyone comfortable managing multiple screens and alerts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience viewing cameras or monitoring systems (any setting)
- Familiarity with CCTV, security systems, or alarm software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
Pay & Schedule
- $17.50–$18.50/hour (based on experience)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 100% On-site | Secure Monitoring Facility (Tulsa, OK)
- 24/7 operation including weekends & holidays
