- Run full-cycle recruiting across professional roles (engineering, IT, F&A, HR, admin)
- Partner directly with clients to break down vague hiring needs into executable search strategies
- Build and maintain high-value talent pipelines—not just fill reqs
- Source passive candidates using multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, events, direct targeting)
- Conduct real interviews—not resume walkthroughs—focused on capability, gaps, and motivators
- Manage the entire process: intake → sourcing → interview → offer → close
- Stay tight on metrics: time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline health
- Act as a market advisor to clients (comp, availability, skill trends)
- Support contract employees and ensure strong post-placement engagement
- You don’t rely on job boards—you hunt
- You can talk to engineers, finance leaders, or IT professionals without sounding lost
- You know how to qualify both sides (candidate AND client) and control the process
- You’re competitive and outcome-driven, not activity-driven
- You can manage multiple priorities without things slipping
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or high-volume/professional roles preferred)
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting in at least one: engineering, IT, finance/accounting, or corporate functions
- Strong ATS/CRM discipline and comfort with recruiting tools
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven, performance environment
- Hybrid flexibility with strong local market presence
