Nesco Resource is actively hiring Customer Packers for our client located in McElhattan, PA. Join a growing team with immediate, full-time openings on both 1st and 2nd shift!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack customer orders
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting items based on packing lists and instructions.
- Apply labels, clips, and bag inserts as needed.
- Assemble, tape, and label boxes, ensuring packaging meets quality standards.
- Inspect packing materials and products, reporting issues to team leads.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks like loading boxes and stacking them safely onto pallets.
- Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screw drivers, pliers, soldering irons, etc.
Pay:
$15.77 per hour (1 st shift)
$16.77 per hour (2 nd shift)
Hours:
1 st Shift – 6:15 am to 2:30 pm (if overtime, start would be 4:15 am)
2 nd Shift- 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm (if overtime, end would be 1:00 am)
Monday through Friday.
