Remote Marketing & Digital Content Specialist Job:

Contract to Hire Pay Rate Range: $40-45.00 per hour
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional to support campaign execution across marketing automation platforms and website content systems. This role is focused on building, testing, and launching marketing assets — not strategy — and requires someone who enjoys working in the details and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We are targeting someone who is:
- A marketing automation specialist (not just email coordinator)
- Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platform
- Comfortable working in HTML/CSS for email templates
- Experienced with CMS platforms (WordPress, Kentico, Umbraco, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong QA/testing mindset
- Able to manage multiple campaign builds and site updates simultaneously
- 2-4 years of day-to-day hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot / Engagement Studio preferred)
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
- Strong experience with audience segmentation and list management
- Ability to edit and troubleshoot HTML/CSS for email templates
- Experience with campaign QA, testing, and deployment validation
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple campaign builds simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
- Familiarity with Engagement Studio / nurture programs
- Marketing automation certifications (Pardot, Dynamics 365)
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO
