This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working in or around auto service environments and are comfortable assisting customers with vehicle-related inquiries.
Responsabilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person by email regarding order status and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to accurately communicate customer concerns and order status timelines
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order history.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required; automotive industry experience needed
- Basic understanding of automotive services, terminology, and customer concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
