Nesco Resource is now hiring for Foam and Fiber Gluer positions at a facility in Conover, NC.
Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking experienced Foam and Fiber Gluers to join a furniture manufacturing team. This role is responsible for applying adhesive to foam, fiber, and fabric components to assemble high-quality products such as cushions and upholstered pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply liquid adhesive using spray guns to bond foam, fiber, and fabric materials
- Assemble components for furniture products such as cushions and seating
- Ensure proper alignment and adhesion for quality and durability
- Inspect materials and finished pieces to meet quality standards
- Maintain spray equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
- Follow all safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a foam/fiber gluer or in a similar upholstery/manufacturing role REQUIRED
- Experience using spray guns and working with adhesives
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
