Job Summary:
Production Operators support day-to-day manufacturing operations by performing basic assembly tasks involved in the production of battery cells. This is an entry-level position requiring minimal prior experience. The role focuses on following established procedures, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced factory environment .
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform basic manual and machine-assisted tasks in battery cell manufacturing and assembly
Load and unload materials, components, and finished parts
Operate simple production equipment according to written and verbal instructions
Inspect parts visually for defects and report issues to supervisors
Package, label, and move materials in accordance with work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures always
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Meet production targets and follow shift schedules
Support team members and supervisors as needed
Perform basic computer tasks as needed
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Basic reading, writing, and counting skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime or shift work as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in a manufacturing assembly, warehouse, or production environment
Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, or clean/controlled environments
A demonstrated history of attendance and strong punctuality/work ethic
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required
Experience handling chemicals, batteries, or electronic components
