Job Title: Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Avon Ohio
Pay: $15.50/hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking dependable Machine Operators for 2nd shift in Elyria. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Complete production paperwork as required
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Steel toe boots required
