Overview

Client is seeking a Senior IT PMO Program / Product Lead to drive delivery of a supplier data management solution within a large-scale procurement transformation. This role blends Agile product delivery, program leadership, governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional stakeholder management in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong procurement-domain program leadership, supplier data management or P2P delivery experience, and the ability to lead Agile execution within a structured PMO and compliance framework.

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of supplier data management initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies within an enterprise IT PMO environment.

Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define priorities, shape release roadmaps, and drive iterative value delivery.

Manage multi-workstream execution across supplier onboarding, data governance, integration, data migration, deduplication, operational readiness, and rollout.

Oversee tool selection activities, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, scoring, recommendation, and stakeholder alignment.

Drive integration planning and execution across master data, procurement, and ERP platforms, including supplier master data flow, data mapping, API-based integrations, and governance controls.

Lead supplier data cleansing, migration, deduplication, and legacy system retrofitting activities.

Own financial oversight across releases, including forecasting, variance management, funding approvals, and capital versus expense tracking.

Provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and governance milestones.

Support change management, readiness, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

7 years of IT project or program management experience in the procurement domain.

Proven experience delivering supplier data management or procure-to-pay solutions.

Hands-on experience leading Agile, product-centric implementations within enterprise PMO environments.

Experience managing complex integrations across multiple ERP platforms.

Strong background in Agile delivery leadership, Scrum facilitation, PMO governance, StageGate processes, and executive stakeholder communication.

Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, supplier data governance, banking validation, fraud prevention, and supplier risk processes.

Strong financial management, forecasting, compliance, audit readiness, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, MDG, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PeopleSoft, API integrations, data mapping, and supplier master data flows.

Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or active PMI-ACP certification required.

Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills or Experience

PMI PMP certification.

Experience supporting Global Supply Management initiatives.

Experience with enterprise data governance or MDG programs.

Background in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.

Experience working in large, matrixed global organizations.

Experience with third-party supplier data and risk platforms such as Dun & Bradstreet or Everstream.

Experience with Planview ProjectPlace or Portfolio.

Work Details

Location: Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC or Remote, with periodic onsite engagement in Charlotte or Corning

Work Arrangement: Remote with periodic onsite travel; must be willing to work EST hours

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility for global teams

Travel: Up to 25%, estimated at one week per month in Charlotte, NC

Duration: Through end of year, with possible extension based on demand
