  • Develop and manage maintenance and facility-related budgets
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency, and equipment lifecycle improvements
  • Support long-term planning related to capital equipment and facility growth

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting equipment-heavy operations (CNC, welding, cranes, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and CMMS platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations
  • Background in fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
