We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to manage and expand our Southwest territory, covering Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling techniques.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging product innovations.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven success in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and product specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel within the territory (approximately 2–3 nights per week).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
