Job Title: Facility Cleaner / Production Support Associate
Location: North Lima, OH

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner / Production Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role is essential in supporting production efficiency by ensuring all workspaces are properly cleaned and prepared.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean work environment throughout the manufacturing facility by sweeping and collecting scrap vinyl from floors and placing it into designated storage containers

Prepare and clean assembly lines for upcoming production runs, ensuring work areas are ready before production teams arrive

Clean and sanitize the breakroom, including tables, surfaces, microwaves, vending machines, and floors

Clean and maintain restrooms, including mopping floors, cleaning toilets and sinks, and wiping mirrors

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks and facility needs as assigned
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting light materials

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
