Warehouse Specialist – Finished Goods

Avondale, AZ (I-10 & Fairway Dr area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Assignment: 30–45 days (potential for extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist – Finished Goods to support operations within a solar manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and finished products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and safety.


Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Inventory

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Label and store materials in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organization
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation

Shipping & Distribution

  • Pick, pack, label, and palletize materials for shipment
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with shipping team for on-time deliveries

Operational Support

  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams
  • Report damaged or defective materials for resolution

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Participate in safety training and maintain PPE compliance

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
