Job Description
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Water Blasters in an industrial environment. This role is physically demanding and requires strict adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and written and verbal instructions. Employees will perform industrial pressure washing and high-pressure water
Physical Requirements
• Must weigh at least 170 pounds
• Must be able to carry and operate heavy equipment for the duration of the shift
• Must be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
• Candidates with felony convictions related to violence, theft, sexual offenses, or firearms will not be considered
Responsibilities
• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (up to 40,000 PSI)
• Perform industrial pressure washing and process cleaning
• Wear all required PPE, including:
• Face shield
• Safety glasses
• Metatarsal boots
• Metal shin guards
• Protective vest
• Act as a safety spotter for other team members after training
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
