What You'll Do:
- Lead, train and motivate team in continuous improvement and quality processes
- Support continuous improvement and seek additional training and skills for yourself and your team
- Inspect the quality of the produce throughout the harvesting and packing process
- Communicate clearly with Packhouse and Greenhouse Leadership
- Be attentive to details and stay well organized
- Utilize tools and equipment as needed to complete various packhouse tasks
- Inspect the quality of the produce within the Greenhouse
- Create a performance and quality-oriented work environment

- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment; sense of urgency in moving though the greenhouse expeditiously
- Respectful, approachable leader who is team oriented and builds strong working relationships and a positive work environment
- Experience in a hands-on leadership role
- English as primary language; conversational Spanish
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
- Bending, stretching, twisting, crouching, grasping, reaching, and lifting above shoulders for prolonged periods of time; able to navigate through, around and under plants and gutters as needed.
- Conditions typically found in a greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures (34 o F to 110 o F) and background noise approaching 80 decibels.
- Must have manual dexterity to perform computer skills and operate equipment.
- Visual and audio sensory are needed regularly.
- Exerting force of up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly as part of lifting and moving product and equipment.
- Standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time may be required.
- Ability to work different shifts, nights and or weekends as business dictates.
