Overview

Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support operational improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on uploading and managing video files from GoPros and other camera devices within SaaS platforms, reviewing system outputs delivered in Excel, analyzing identified deviations and recommended corrective actions, and coordinating findings with Retrocausal and downstream improvement teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and systems, and able to drive follow-through to help ensure measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

Upload, organize, and manage video files from GoPros and other camera devices within SaaS platforms
Review and interpret platform outputs and reports delivered in Excel
Analyze identified deviations and recommended corrective actions
Coordinate findings, insights, and action items with Retrocausal and downstream operational improvement teams
Track actions, outcomes, and progress to support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain reporting and follow-up activities to help ensure measurable results are achieved
Work effectively across operational teams in an onsite manufacturing setting

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Ability to securely log in to and navigate SaaS applications
Business analyst capability with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to interpret system outputs and translate findings into actionable insights
Strong coordination, tracking, and reporting skills
Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Tennessee

Preferred Skills or Experience

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with plant floor operations
Experience supporting operational improvement or corrective action tracking
Exposure to video file handling or device-based file management is helpful

Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
