Customer Service Call Center Dispatcher
We’re hiring Dispatchers to join a fast-paced call center environment supporting customers across the U.S. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, verify information, and help resolve alarm events quickly and professionally.
This is a high-volume, customer-focused role ideal for individuals who can think fast, communicate clearly, and multitask with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to alarm activity
- Verify customer information and assess situations quickly
- Coordinate with emergency services when needed
- Manage multiple systems, calls, and alerts at once
- Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures
- Provide professional, timely support in urgent situations
This Role is a Good Fit For
- Call center or high-volume customer service experience
- Retail / restaurant backgrounds used to fast pace
- Collections, dispatch, or support roles
- Individuals comfortable with back-to-back calls & multitasking
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing 30 WPM
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and assessments
Pay & Schedule
- $16/hour | Weekly Pay
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- May include weekends & holidays
- On-site in Tulsa | 24/7 operation
