Essential Job Functions:
Maintenance of Machine, Building, Office:
-Preventive Maintenance
-Daily Maintenance
-Trouble Shooting
Maintain Inventory for Maintenance Items
Work with maintenance schedules with outside vendors.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb on and off truck trailer beds
Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Subject to temperatures up to 105F with humidity comparable to outside environment
Subject to normal industrial hazards and hazards in the form of sharp edges of sheet metal
Subject to air/skin exposure to oils.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Understanding pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic power
Ability to plan preventive maintenance activities
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, etc.
Experience with PLC's
Basic welding and torch abilities 3 yrs maintenance exp.
Hand tools
Blueprint reading
Training Requirements:
Manufacturing Maintenance (6 Classes)
Advanced Technical Module (4 Classes)
