We are a global banking organization seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support client access and trading platform operations across our electronic trading environment.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, trading, and client services, supporting global teams across Forex (FX) and Fixed Income markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage user access and permissions for external clients across multiple electronic trading platforms and internal systems
• Create, update, and deactivate client accounts for asset managers and trading partners
• Maintain and adjust pricing tiers and client entitlements
• Update and manage client-to-sales relationships within internal systems
• Support the onboarding and integration of new trading platforms and tools
• Assist with the development and enhancement of internal systems and workflows
• Create and manage books/accounts within trading systems
• Maintain and update reports and statistical data related to client activity and platform usage
• Collaborate with global teams across Trading, Sales, Operations, and Technology

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in user access management, client onboarding, or operations support within financial services or similar environments
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and process-driven tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Bloomberg and Murex

Nice to Have

• Exposure to electronic trading platforms or capital markets environments
• Knowledge of Forex (FX) or Fixed Income (Rates/Credit) products
• Experience supporting client account setup or trading operations
