Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to support sheet metal fabrication, including bending, forming, and basic fabrication processes. This role involves machine operation, tooling setup, and working from blueprints.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Select and install tooling and dies for each job
- Perform basic roll and shear operations
- Measure parts using calipers and measuring tools
- Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards
- Support general sheet metal fabrication processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating a press brake (setup preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Understanding of bending practices and material behavior
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
