Deburr Operator

1st Shift Mon-Fri - 6a-4:30p
We are seeking a Deburr Operator to support finishing and light assembly of precision aircraft components. This role combines hands-on deburring with basic assembly and hardware installation.
What You’ll Do
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined and sheet metal parts
- Perform surface finishing based on blueprint callouts
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Use calipers and measuring tools to verify parts
- Assist with basic assembly and rivet installation
- Work with aircraft hardware and sheet metal components
- Use hand tools and shop equipment (grinders, drill press, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in deburring or manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Experience working with metal parts and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
