Machine Operator
Location: Apple Creek, OH
Shifts: 1st & 2nd shift
Note: 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks
Pay: $17.00/hour
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to support our production team. In this role, you’ll operate equipment that processes large paper rolls into finished products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines
- Load and unload materials using equipment (including clamp trucks)
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Label, move, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work orders and production instructions
- Keep work area clean and organized
Basic Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with moderate to high noise levels
- PPE (hearing protection, etc.) may be required
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
