Drawer Builder
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drawer Builder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling precision components, working with hand and power tools, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Assemble drawer components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications
· Measure, cut, sand, and fit materials to ensure proper alignment and function
· Install hardware such as slides, brackets, and fasteners
· Operate hand tools and power tools (drills, staple guns, saws, sanders, etc.)
· Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and basic blueprints
· Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
· Perform adjustments or minor rework as needed
· Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals
· Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
· Assist with material handling, staging, and general production support

Qualifications
· Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking preferred
· Ability to read a tape measure accurately
· Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
· Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment
Preferred Experience
· Assembly line or production experience
· Experience working with wood or similar materials
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards
