Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Legal/Administrative Support)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a professional office environment handling legal and administrative processes. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers, attorneys, and the public, providing accurate information, routing inquiries, and maintaining records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls, greet walk-ins, and route inquiries appropriately
- Register individuals for hearings and accurately document call details
- Respond to inquiries regarding case and hearing status
- Perform research using multiple databases and case management systems
- Enter and update detailed information in system records
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate staff (paralegals, supervisors, judges)
- Process mail, faxes, and general office documentation
- Maintain professionalism when working with attorneys, staff, and the public
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Experience in an office, legal, or call center environment preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
